The most cost-effective shipping carrier will be used based on the items ordered and their destination. Please expect that duties and taxes will be required for all international orders upon delivery.

Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
FOR GIFT SHOP ITEMS

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30", or over 40" must be crated at an additional cost.  

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, 

We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER POLICIES?

VSA does the utmost to ensure that your frequency portrait is packaged carefully and will arrive safely. If you run into an issue please reach out directly and the issue will get it sorted as soon as possible, support@visiblesoundart.com. 

If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact support@visiblesoundart.com with your order number for further instructions.
